The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Pulat Babajanov addressed the opening ceremony of the event. He welcomed the participants. The Minister emphasized that Uzbekistan is implementing large-scale activity to ensure security and strengthen the rule of law under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Strengthening the material and technical base, improving activities of services, creating a special system to curb crime contribute to the reduction of offenses.
Issues related to the exchange of experience for ensuring security and strengthen cooperation are expected to be discussed at the meeting.
