The purpose of the festival, organized by children's organization “Kamalak” of Public Youth Movement “Kamolot”, jointly with the ministries of public education, cultural affairs and sport, the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan, is the early identification of talented children, the organization of their meaningful leisure time, deep approval noble ideas in their minds through art.

Tashkent city stage of the competition attended by 963 boys and girls aged 6 to 14 years. They demonstrated their talents in classical music, vocals, piano, folk instruments, dance, fine and applied arts, prose and poetry.

In the framework of the event was an exhibition of children's art, concerts, and master classes with the participation of famous singers and musicians, artists, writers and poets for children.

The winners were awarded with certificates and prizes. The concert program with participation of children's art groups gave the audience a festive mood.
