At the Kamolot youth recreational camp in Tashkent Region’s Bostonliq District, a training seminar for Kamolot educational grant winners and a ceremony of giving them awards have taken place.

The event held at the initiative of the central council of the Kamolot youth public movement was attended by representatives of state and public organizations, mass media workers and active students who have initiative and who are studying at higher educational institutions on the basis of payment agreements.

At the event, it was said that educating the younger generation in the spirit of love for the Motherland, loyalty to ideas of sovereignty and respect for national and universal values, giving them modern knowledge and identifying and encouraging talented young people are priority areas of the state policy being implemented under the leadership of the country’s President.

An effective system has been established in the country for the provision of moral and material support for talented young people. In this area, the Kamolot youth public movement is also carrying out a great deal of work.

“Over the course of three days, we participated in theoretical and practical training sessions conducted by specialists in socio-economic, political-legal and moral enlightenment areas,” says Mukrarrama Abduhalilova, a winner of the Kamolot educational grant and a student of the Andijon state medical institute.

The ceremony of giving awards to Kamolot educational grant winners was followed by songs and melodies by artistes lauding the homeland, peace and youth.
