According to the press service of the Association of Sport Wrestling of Uzbekistan, in freestyle wrestling competitions the highest podium was conquered by students of the Republican College of Olympic Reserve – Umidjon Jalolov, Azizbek Faizullaev, Zafar Rashidov, Feruz Yokubov, Ikhtiyor Normurodov, Farrukh Sharipov, Nodir Rahimov, Muhammadrasul Rahimov, representative of the Navoi Region Ilhom Farmonov as well as the athlete from the Sirdarya Region Jamshid Marupov.

In the contests of Greco-Roman wrestling, in their respective weight categories the gold medals went to Kuvonch Toshnazarov, Laziz Toshkentboev from Samarkand, Sunnat Rahmatov from Bukhara, Davlat Mukhtorov, Jaloliddin Oimurodov from Nukus, Dilshod Omongeldiev, Asilkhon Moutov, Ergali Aikhimbaev from Chirchik, Shahriyor Hamrokulov from Navoi Region, Abdukodir Mamatov from Karshi.
