In order to take part in the challenge you need, during the quarantine period, stay home, play sports with your family, shoot a video and post on your pages on social networks (Facebook, Instagram).

Share the video on the official pages of the social network of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports (facebook.com/www.sport.uz, instagram.com/minsportuz).

The following are taken into account when evaluating the video:

✅ the video shall show the process of playing sports at home with family members;

✅ creative approach to the process of playing sports at home;

✅ video quality;

✅ calling citizens to stay home and play sports

✅ video should not exceed 3 minutes.

The competition will be held from April 6 to 26. Winners of the competition are determined and awarded every fourth day.
