The achievements of Uzbekistan taekwondo athletes at the world and continental championships, especially at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, attracted the attention of many foreign teams.

Georgia showed great interest in Uzbekistan, holding joint trainings with Uzbekistan national team.

According to the WT Taekwondo Association of Uzbekistan, members of the Georgian taekwondo team are not only getting ready for the Olympics, but also began joint training with Uzbekistan team in Tashkent.
