A seminar titled “Achieving unexpected discoveries: business strategy, modeling, and implementation – a process in the harmony of contradictions” was held at the Andijan branch of Tashkent State University of Economics.
The event, attended by faculty members and students, focused on business strategy, its modeling processes, and practical implementation.
Delivering a keynote speech online, renowned Swedish business expert Alex Mattsson discussed business management, strategic modeling, and the importance of a creative approach in applying these concepts to real-world practice.

The seminar also examined the role of the B2C model in shaping a competitive economic system and provided detailed insights into international experience in this area.
During the interactive session, the international expert shared his views on global business environment transformations, the digital economy, and the role of universities in preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs.
