A solemn event was held in the capital of Sweden to mark the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Uzbekistan.
Members of the Riksdag (parliament), representatives of official, political, business, and academic circles in Sweden, and the media attended the event. They got acquainted with the Basic Law’s key role in strengthening statehood and modernizing Uzbekistan.
The guests’ attention was drawn to the historical significance of the constitutional reform of 2023, which laid a solid foundation for the strategic development of New Uzbekistan.
At the event, the Swedish public was informed about the country’s efforts to transition to a green and digital economy and the prospects for interaction with international partners opening up in this context.
As part of the event, the National Cultural Center of Uzbekistan organized an exhibition “Culture and Art of Uzbekistan” in Sweden’s capital.
