On May 24-26, the city of Termez will host a business forum with the participation of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan businesspeople, a territorial intersectoral industrial fair, a cooperation exchange and an exhibition of national products “Made in Uzbekistan”.

Surkhandarya region is actively preparing for these events. Special pavilions are being prepared in the Palace of Arts for the exhibition of building materials, electrical engineering, leather, textile, agricultural, national handicraft products manufactured in Surkhandarya region and other regions of the country.

The main attention is paid to creating the necessary conditions for organizing bilateral thematic sessions of Uzbekistan – Afghanistan businesspeople, concluding mutual agreements and establishing cooperation.

All the necessary conditions are also created for the enterprises participating in the intersectoral industrial fair, as well as small and medium-sized businesses of the region, specializing in manufacturing products for these industries.

Guests will also get acquainted with the activities of several modern manufacturing enterprises launched in the region in recent years. Trips to historical monuments and sacred places of worship will be organized.
