A roundtable discussion was held on “My Constitution!” in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya region.

The event was attended by deputies of the local Council, chairmen of citizens assemblies of mahallas, women activists and youth.

Odiljon Iminov, Chairman of the Committee of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Science, Education and Health, and Deputy of the Legislative Chamber Botir Mardayev delivered speeches on amendments and additions to the Basic Law.

The participants were informed about the goals and objectives of introducing amendments and additions to the Constitution, the work carried out by the Constitutional Commission for the adoption and consideration of proposals from the population.
