The remote Vandob section of Surkhan State Reserve in Surkhandarya region is covered with white snow.

Many trees and plants grow here, and rare species of animals and birds live in the reserve.

“10 centimeters of snow fell”, says the Director of the Reserve, Rustam Turdiyev. “On such days, it is difficult for herbivores to find food. We hold events like “Protect animals from the cold”.
