The championship, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sport Affairs, Uzbekistan Weightlifting Federation, about 100 weightlifters competed in Chirchik College of Olympic reserve.

In the men's competitions in the weight category up to 56 kg - Bekzod Abduhamidov lifted 95 kg in snatch and 116 kg in the clean and jerk. In total, he lifted 211 kg and won three gold medals.

In the weight category up to 62 kg Doniyorbek Saidnazarov, which raised 109 kg in the snatch and 131 kg in the clean and jerk, and in total with the result of 240 kg, he rose to the highest step of the podium.

Manzura Mamasolieva, Madina Mamasolieva and Dina Tojieva won gold medals in the women's competition in their weight categories.
