The educational and practical workshop for photojournalists organized by the TASS Russian News Agency has ended.

Photojournalists from news agencies and print media of Commonwealth of Independent States member states attended the workshop. Qualified TASS specialists conducted theoretical and practical classes on the basic concepts of photojournalism, genre features, and important topics in demand today.

Following the event, a dialogue was held with the participation of the Director General of the TASS Russian News Agency Andrey Kondrashov. The role and functions of photojournalists in the media were emphasized at the meeting.

The workshop participants received special certificates and memorable gifts from the TASS News Agency.
