On the ongoing World Cup in Budapest (Hungary) Temur Merjonov defeated Oronzo Birardi from Germany, Abdumalik Khalokov defeated Teshkarkala Enktura from Mongolia, Jakhongir Rakhmonov – Michael Muskita from Indonesia, Samandar Kholmurodov – Chris Echevarria from Puerto Rico, and Navo Tamazov – Nitin Kumar from India.

At the international tournament in Grozny, Uzbekistan boxers Nodir Mirzakhmedov, Abror Kodirov and Aliyor Noraliyev won gold medals.

Shukurjon Rakhimov, before the finals overcame all his rivals, won silver in the weight category of 60 kilograms.

Abdulkhai Shorakhmatov, Bilolbek Mirzarakhimov and Odil Aslonov became bronze medalists of the tournament.
