Closing event of the Student Festival, which was attended by talented and socially active young people of the nation’s higher education institutions, took place at Turkistan Palace.

The Student Festival was organized by the Kamolot Social Youth Movement, the Ministries of Higher and Secondary Special Education, Culture and Sports, as well as the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.
The festival, held since 2008, every two years, helps to further enrich the lives of students and provides them with comprehensive support.

More than 500 boys and girls from all regions of the country have participated in the festival which a scientific-creative, sociopolitical, spiritual-enlightenment, cultural and sports-health improvement nature.

A number of projects aimed at improving knowledge in various fields, strengthening the students ' sense of patriotism and spirituality, encouraging their activity in social works, development of an atmosphere of research and creative collaboration and friendship were held during the festival.

Active participants of the Student Festival were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts. Ilyoskhonova Aziza, student of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulughbek is also among them. She took an active part in the round table conversation on the role of youth in the development of the Uz domain.

A concert program with the participation of famous singers took place at the end of the event.
