Implementation of the National TB Program in the course of healthcare reforms in Uzbekistan was also discussed at the conference. Reports of experts were heard.

This conference is significant in that it performs the task of an open platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge with leading experts of the world in introducing innovative and interdisciplinary approaches and new treatment methods in phthisiology.
