On September 22, 2023, the Statistics Agency held a workshop for responsible employees following the participation of the Agency’s representative in the 2023 Prague Forum on the Economic and Environmental Dimension of the OSCE “Promoting security and stability in the OSCE area through achieving sustainable development, and resilient and inclusive economic growth” on September 14-15, 2023.

At the workshop, it was noted that the main topics of the forum in Prague were co-operation to address challenges caused by climate change, good governance and anti-corruption, trade and transport facilitation for sustainable development and food security, and disaster risk management.

According to the Statistics Agency, a presentation on “Development of open data in Uzbekistan” was provided at the forum.

Uzbekistan’s achievements in open data have aroused great interest among the forum participants.
