November 18 is the Day of Adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Symbols associated with the Motherland are dear to a highly self-aware person who puts national pride above all else.

The state language of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the dearest and close-to-the-heart attribute of statehood for people who see their destiny and the future of their children as closely connected with this country.

This year marks 32 years since the adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which has become an integral part of our spiritual life and a symbol of our pride. One of our poetesses said that our ancestors dreamed of the country becoming independent and having its flag. They passed away without being able to live to see these bright days.

Each country has its flag. These flags express the appearance of their country. And, of course, the flag of the Motherland is dear and close to the citizens of every country. Uzbekistan’s national flag reflects the state’s goals, which has made it its motto to see its people in peace and harmony, prosperous and enlightened. This is a miniature image of our Uzbekistan, which is firmly on the path of renewal, development, and prosperity.

The flag flies proudly on the buildings of embassies of the Republic of Uzbekistan in foreign countries, authoritative international organizations, major political, economic, cultural, and educational events, and sports competitions as a symbol of rapid changes in the country. From here, we understand even more deeply the sense of responsibility for the country’s fate, its peace, the development and future of children.

These days, celebrations, sports competitions, marathons, and conferences dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of adopting the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan are being held in all corners of the country. Such educational projects are of particular importance in raising the morale of the younger generation, instilling in them a sense of patriotism and loyalty to the country, their people, and the land where they were born and raised.

Yes, as long as Uzbekistan is on our planet, the country’s flag will always fly proudly everywhere!
