The analysis of sports education institutions in Uzbekistan continues.

The Minister of Sports and the leadership of the National Olympic Committee visited Samarkand region. They got acquainted with the conditions and infrastructure in the sports school specializing in sports games and athletics, school No. 1, and the Center for Training for Olympic and Paralympic sports in Samarkand.

At the meeting, with the participation of the Acting Hokim of the region A. Babayev, regional representatives of the regional sports department, and federations, an exchange of views took place on priority plans, such as educating talented youth and organizing more mass sports events. Plans for the next four years, the possible composition of national teams for the Summer Olympics, and social support for athletes were discussed.
