Special issue of the Society magazine about Uzbekistan
The issue of publishing a special issue of one of the largest Austrian magazines Society entitled “Uzbekistan – the pearl of the Silk Road” has been developed in order to further popularize the tourism potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Austria.
The issue of publishing a special issue of one of the largest Austrian magazines Society entitled “Uzbekistan – the pearl of the Silk Road” has been developed in order to further popularize the tourism potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Austria. The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development, “Uzbekipaksanoat” Association and the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Vienna took an active part in preparation of the issue.
As reported by the Press Service of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development, the section about Uzbekistan consists of 20 pages, which reflect the main objectives of the Development Strategy of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021, information on the main tourism and cultural sights of the country, interview of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.Abdukhakimov, interview of the khokim of Surkhandarya region (now the khokim of Samarkand region) E.Turdimov, the chairman of “Uzbekipaksanoat” Association B.Sharipov and Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Asadov.
