President Shavkat Mirziyoyev chairs a videoconference on the urgent tasks of introducing a new system of working with youth.

It was noted that significant work has been carried out on the social support of youth. In particular:

– 130 thousand students were given 1.7 trillion UZS of educational loans, the education of girls in the magistracy became free;

– 53 thousand needy students were paid contracts;

– 81 thousand students received rent for housing, 15.5 thousand young people were paid money for military service;

– 13 thousand young people’s cost for obtaining a certificate in a foreign language was covered;

– 300,000 young people included in the “Youth Notebook” list received assistance for almost 600 billion UZS.
