Delegation led by representative of International Relations Department of Seoul Metropolitan Government Jong Mun Baik visited People’s Reception Office of President the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent.

Experts from South Korea got acquainted with provision of state services in People’s Reception Office, process of consideration citizens’ appeals, conditions created for population, control mechanisms for taking measures on complaints and statements.

In People’s Reception Office, all organizational processes related to registration of appeals received from people, statements and complaints, ensuring measures taken by them, are being implemented through a single centralized system. Waiting room, medical room, mother and child room equipped for people’s convenience, room for disabled persons are outfitted with necessary equipment. Complaints are received by sectors, which contributes to protection of citizen’s rights and interests, as well as identification of law violations in activities of governmental organizations, institutions and officials, timely elimination of shortcomings in respective spheres.

Guests were provided with detailed information about program of applicants’ registration, queuing and working with appeals.

Members of the delegation also visited the Ministry for development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Public services agency under the Ministry of Justice, where they got acquainted with “Khudud” automated information system, Single portal of interactive state services, as well as with “Obod uy” program developed for administration and partnership of private housing owners in Murzo Uligbek district, and “1055” dispatch service.
