Its goal is to interest the population in the installation of low-power solar panels (with a total capacity of up to 50 kW).

In accordance with the resolution of the Head of state of February 16, 2023, 1,000 UZS of subsidies are allocated from the state budget for each kilowatt/hour of electricity generated by solar panels installed at facilities owned by individuals, the surplus from own consumption of which is transferred to the unified electric power system.

Funds for electricity sold by the population will be monthly transferred to bank plastic cards of citizens through the “Soliq” mobile app.
