First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for the Development of Sericulture and Karakul Breeding of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bekhzod Yusupov arrived in the Netherlands to discuss the practical aspects of projects in cattle breeding based on foreign experience.

According to the committee, talks were held at the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality of the Netherlands. 

The official institutions of the two countries discussed issues of increasing the number of small ruminants and establishing cooperation with the Wageningen University of the Netherlands. 

Uzbekistan delegation studied the activities of local farms engaged in breeding small ruminants. Close cooperation was established with representatives of this field and organizational issues of livestock delivery by relevant companies were considered.
