The results of implementation of planned forecast indicators of the revenue part of local budgets in Navoi and Khorezm regions in the first quarter of this year and expected results in the second quarter were discussed at the meeting.

The existing problems on qualitative execution of the local budget of the region were also discussed. In particular, despite the fact that the forecast indicators for revenues to the local budget in the first quarter are generally met, the established forecast for excise tax is not provided for 0.7 billion UZS. In the course of 26 out of 41 control measures carried out in budget organizations, expenses incurred in violation of the established procedure and a shortfall in the amount of 751.4 million UZS were identified.

Arrears on payments to the budget have increased in the region. As of April 1, 2020, it amounted to 44.9 billion UZS.
