We will not leave anyone to the mercy of fate. This market will be completely restored in a month, and we will mobilize all our forces and means for this. Everyone will continue entrepreneurial activities in their store. The repayment period for loans and tax payments for all entrepreneurs affected by the fire will be extended. Preferential loans for working capital will be allocated for them to “get back on their feet”. The residents’ houses in the territories adjacent to the market that suffered from the fire will be completely repaired. We will adopt a comprehensive program to attract leading design organizations and turn markets into modern, convenient, safe shopping complexes.

The presidential candidate announced plans to improve infrastructure in the region.
It was noted that in Uzbekistan and Beshariq districts, due to Chinese investments in the amount of $900 million, it is planned to launch solar power plants with a capacity of 900 MW. 8,000 kilometers of the network and 2,000 transformers will be updated, and 10,000 kilometers of roads and 170 bridges will be repaired to improve the power supply for the region's residents.

At the meeting, the Presidential candidate remembered the Hero of Uzbekistan Lola Murodova:
– Of course, when we talk about the selfless dehkans and farmers of the district, we remember the Hero of Uzbekistan, the glorious daughter of Oltiariq district, Lola Murodova. May she rest in peace. This hardworking, noble person was a symbol of Uzbek women. We all loved and deeply respected her.
What would you say if we created a farm school named after Lola Murodova in the region to perpetuate the memory of this great compatriot who devoted her whole life to the development of the country and the improvement of Fergana?

Those present at the meeting supported this proposal with applause.
“I think it would be expedient if farmers not only from Fergana, but also from all our regions improve their knowledge and skills at this school”, the Presidential candidate said.
The candidate said that it is planned to strengthen the legal guarantees for the activities of farmers and clusters.
In particular:
– contractual relations between clusters and farmers will be completely revised;
– additional services provided to farmers by clusters will be calculated separately by mutual agreement;
– from now on, it will be strictly forbidden to interfere in the activities of farmers under the pretext that the plan in the district is not being fulfilled, the livestock, poultry, or fisheries need feed;
– the system of the Ministry of Agriculture, hokims will assist in finding a market for the products of farmers and clusters;
