International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan together with M.Auezov South-Kazakhstan State University and L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University held an international symposium on “Philosophy and Culture of Turkic-Speaking Peoples: History, Present and Future” to further develop cooperation between Turkic-Speaking Peoples in cultural-scientific spheres.

The event was attended by senior officials, professors and teachers, researchers, students of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, M.Auezov South-Kazakhstan State University, L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla, domestic and foreign scientists.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed at the event between the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities of the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan and Department of Regional Studies of L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The sides agreed to further strengthen mutual relations and exchange experience based on the results of joint research.

Opinions and suggestions were expressed on the topic under discussion, and agreement was reached on further development of scientific cooperation.
