Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan will expand their cooperation in using artificial intelligence in customs.

This was announced by the Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, Shahin Baghirov, during the 10th meeting of the heads of customs services of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States. 

“We are well aware of the success achieved by our long-time partner, Uzbekistan, and we are interested in studying the advanced experience of our brotherly country in the effective use of information technologies in the customs system”, said Mr. Baghirov. “We will continue to develop our cooperation based on artificial intelligence. Our goal is to study the experience of other services and customs authorities to expand our knowledge”.
