The service sector is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan.
According to the State Statistics Committee, in January-November 2018, according to preliminary data, the volume of rendered market services was equal to 132733.7 billion UZS. Compared to the same period last year, the growth rate was 108.8%.
The highest growth rates were recorded in financial services (127.0%), services in the field of architecture, engineering surveys, technical tests and analysis (126.8%), communication and information services (116.4%), health services (114.6%), services in education (109.5%).
