Chairman of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, People’s Poet Sirojiddin Sayyid received the Head of the International Department of the Association of Writers of Serbia, Director of the Museum of Serbian Literature Viktor Lazić.

At the meeting, an agreement was reached on signing a Memorandum of Cooperation between the unions of writers of the two states, and proposals for creative cooperation were put forward.

Viktor Lazić expressed his opinion on the establishment of creative dialogues. He proposed to create an anthology of Uzbek and Serbian artists and invited Sirojiddin Sayyid to visit the Association of Writers of Serbia.

Viktor Lazić visited the Museum of History of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan. He got acquainted with the life and work of Uzbek writers, unique literature, and various exhibits.
