The official website of the Secretariat of the Turkic Council has published a congratulatory message of the Secretary General of this international organization Baghdad Amreyev on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Below is the text of the greeting.

“I have the honor to express my sincere congratulations on the 28th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan has an important role in the formation and laying of the foundations of modern Uzbek statehood, as well as strengthening peace and stability in the country.

We are confident that the reforms carried out under the astute leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, will lead to the further national development of the country, increasing its role at the regional level and international arena.

I believe that the growing integration of Uzbekistan into the Turkic Council will essentially enforce the cooperation among Turkic Speaking States and would have positive effects for the entire Turkic world.
