In honor of Vladimir Norov, Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), who is completing his three-year mission on December 31, an official reception was held at China Overseas Development Association (CODA), in Beijing.

Welcoming the participants, CODA President He Zhengwei noted that the event was organized in gratitude to Vladimir Norov for his contribution to the development of trade and economic relations between the relevant structures of the SCO member states.

“During his three-year activity as SCO Secretary-General, he worked tirelessly, striving to give a new impetus to trade, economic and investment cooperation between the SCO countries”, the CODA President said.

He Zhengwei awarded SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov the title of “Honorary President of China Overseas Development Association” in gratitude for the continuous support of the CODA activities.
