Bukhara hosts the 12th International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Abu Ali ibn Sina and civilization”.

In this regard, scientists from 20 countries gathered in the homeland of the great thinker. Researchers studying the unique scientific heritage of our ancestor have paid tribute to the memory of the encyclopedist known as Avicenna.

According to the Pharmaceutical Industry Development Agency, guests from China, France, Germany, India, Iran, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Qatar, Russia, South Korea, Tajikistan, Türkiye, and the United States visited the village of Afshona, where Abu Ali ibn Sina was born, and laid flowers to his monument.

Then, the guests visited the Abu Ali ibn Sina Memorial Museum, where they presented memorable gifts.
