The Ministry of Sports Development together with the Republican Athletics Federation, regional and district hokimiyats, the Agency for Youth Affairs, Uzbekistan GTL and Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex organized a night mass race “Save Aral” for the Cup of the Chairman of JSC Uzbekneftegaz in Kashkadarya region’s Guzar district.

More than 3,000 volunteers aged from 7 to 70 from Bukhara region and all cities and districts of Kashkadarya region took part in this marathon, which has been held throughout the country since 2019.

The participants ran three kilometers. The athletes who finished first were awarded valuable gifts from the organizers. The winners of “The youngest participant” and “The oldest participant” nominations were also worthily rewarded.
