On September 2, Tashkent hosted the Private Sector Day International Forum.

The Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov noted that the event is very important for enhancing cooperation, restoring existing relations between more than a thousand private sector representatives who participate in the events of the Board of Governors of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB).

Participants became familiar with the comprehensive reforms of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the creation and development of a market economy. The meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs, the lifting of all restrictions on the repatriation of profits and the conversion of the national currency, the gradual democratization of society and others were emphasized.

The Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov noted the readiness of the Government of Uzbekistan to provide all possible support to the business community, including foreign business partners and investors, in the implementation of their initiatives and projects.
