Samarkand Regional Music and Drama Theater is taking part in the 14th Ankara International Theater Festival “ETHOS”, in Turkey.

The creative group of young theater artists presented the comedy “Buyoqchi” (The Dyer) by the famous Turkish playwright Tuncer Cücenoğlu.

The performance, staged by a talented director, honored mentor of Uzbekistan youth Munavvara Abdullayeva, was received by the audience with great interest.

Chairman of the Festival Committee Hakan Serhan Sarikaya and project coordinator of the Eurasia Theater Association Ms. Gamze recognized the performance as a “comedy with unique characters”, praising the work of the actors.
