Samarkand opens modern autodrome

At the center, organized in 2016 within the framework of the project “Development of vocational education opportunities in Uzbekistan” by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), about 700 young people acquired professions in the areas of automobile repair and maintenance, electronics and instrumentation, welding technology, information technology. At present, they are working at enterprises and organizations of different regions of Uzbekistan. Now, 234 youth representatives, graduates of the fourth training season have joined their ranks.

The event was attended by responsible persons from the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) in Uzbekistan, professors from Korean universities and volunteers working in Samarkand, representatives of partner enterprises and organizations.

An exhibition of graduation works of students of the center was presented. In particular, a stand for phone storage, a parking lot, an electric car designed to ride in the snow, various metal products, a modern auto park, a musical fountain, a smart house, AVTO-conductor, and computer games impressed everyone.
During the event, the opening ceremony of modern autodrome and the Center of the English language was held.
