Samarkand hosts International Sculpture Symposium “Samarkand-2022” as part of the “Samarkand Spirit” project.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage together with the Creative Union of Artists of Uzbekistan and the regional administration.

Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Tourism and Cultural Heritage Aziz Abdukhakimov addressed the event.

Sculptors from the SCO member states and other countries presented their creative works.

The symposium will run until 10 September.
