The acquisition of Russian trains will be carried out at the expense of the State budget funds allocated for financing expenses during the investment period, a loan from the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as a loan from the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs of the Russian Federation.
It is also envisaged that the costs associated with repayment of attracted loans, payment of interest, commissions and other expenses on them are carried out at the expense of the State Budget of Uzbekistan.
At the same time, Uzbekistan Railways will provide entry visas to foreign specialists participating in implementation of this project without consular and other fees and will provide them with the issuance and extension of multiple-entry visas and temporary registrations. In addition, the joint-stock company, before March 1, 2019, will submit a technical-economic calculation of the project on acquisition of rolling stock wagons for above ground line of Tashkent Metro for approval to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
