Hokim of Kashkadarya region Murotjon Azimov met with investors from the Republic of Tatarstan.

According to the Regional Hokimiyat, the Director General of Kazan Ropeways LLC Denis Belov, and a representative of the Gordeyev Architectural Bureau Mikhail Gordeyev, arrived in Uzbekistan to discuss implementing the joint project. It provides for constructing a ski resort on an area of 2,600 hectares in the village of Gelon, Shakhrisabz district.

The project will include three cable cars, three- and five-star hotels, multi-storey car parks, a zip line, a rodelbahn, and other tourist facilities.
