The delegation led by the Chairman of the Committee on Defense of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, President of the Russian Heroes' Association, Vladimir Shamanov, visited Bukhara.

The guests were met by Bukhara region’s Hokim Botir Zaripov.

The delegation visited the Samanids, Poyi Kalon mausoleums, Ark Fortress, Toki Sarrofon, Toki Telpakfurushon, Toki Zargaron shopping malls, Labi Havuz and Sitorai Mokhi Khosa complexes. A conversation was held with Bukhara residents.

Members of the delegation highly appreciated the large-scale activities carried out in Uzbekistan under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. Views were exchanged on further strengthening cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia.

The guests were presented with memorable gifts.
