Russia’s delegation visits Bukhara

The meeting of parliamentarians of Uzbekistan and Russia took place. The guests were informed about socio-economic reforms implemented in the country within the framework of the Action Strategy.
Vladimir Jirinovsky highly assessed the reforms implemented by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on liberalization of the economy, supporting private entrepreneurship. He noted with satisfaction that actions on preserving national identity, development of science and innovation are yielding results.
At the meeting, it was noted that strengthening inter-parliamentary relations will help to achieve consistent success in all areas, further development of mutually beneficial relations.
The Russian delegation got acquainted with cultural heritage sites in Bukhara.
The guests also visited the synagogue of Bukharan Jews, got acquainted with conditions created for representatives of all religions and nations.
