Medical personnel of the rural health unit “Juynav” in Shafirkan district of Bukhara region provide quality medical care to about 6,400 people.

There are implemented consistent measures on improving reproductive health, maternal and child health protection, promoting healthy lifestyle. In the rural medical unit, which included 3 general practioner, 6 patronage nurses and 16 middle-level medical staff, special attention is paid to the organization of preventive measures, increasing the medical culture of the population.
