Today, Saudi Arabia will host the sixth meeting of the Uzbekistan – Saudi Arabia Intergovernmental Commission.

The delegations are led by the Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khojayev and the Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia Khalid Al-Falih.

The meeting agenda includes further enhancing cooperation in trade, economic, investment, financial and technical spheres, digital technologies, transport and logistics, mining and geology, energy, chemistry, agriculture, healthcare, cultural, humanitarian, and others. In industrial cooperation, special attention is paid to implementing new joint projects and measures to enhance mutual trade.

The next meeting of the Uzbekistan – Saudi Arabia Business Council will also be held as part of the event. G2B and B2B meetings are planned to be held.
