Rishtan school of ceramics is developing based on new traditions.

The ceramic cluster “Mingboshi Ceramics” established in the district has set a goal – to export products to many countries of the world and therefore pays great attention to creating decent conditions for talented craftsmen and their comprehensive support.

According to the cluster worker, a resident of Dehqonobod mahala, a young talented ceramist Tavakkal Usmonaliyev, his monthly salary is a thousand dollars. “Perhaps for some, this is an insignificant amount, but in our conditions, such earnings are the dream of many”, T. Usmonaliyev noted.

“In my works, I try to reflect the unique nature, historical and cultural monuments of Fergana Valley”, the young master continues. – Handicraft is not just manual labor. Fantasy, encyclopedic knowledge and love are important in this work. As regards remuneration, of course, worthy stimulation of labor increases responsibility and the desire to work.

The cluster’s products are exported to various countries, including Russia. Agreements have been reached on the export of products to the markets of Türkiye, Italy and the UK.

Recently, a $5 million contract was signed between “Mingboshi Ceramics” and American Diamond.
