On 22-23 September, Tashkent will host an international conference “RIPE NCC Days in Tashkent”, dedicated to the development of the Internet.

This has been reported by the head of the UZINFOCOM sector of the Ministry for Development of Information Technologies and Communications, Babur Bakhadirov at a briefing held at the Agency of Information and Mass Communications. 

The conference will include plenary presentations on several topics, including the introduction of IPv6, the movement of Internet exchange points (IXP) in the region and the Internet of Things (IoT).

The event is of great importance for the Internet industry of Uzbekistan and will allow experts to exchange views and experience. The conference is aimed at supporting Internet operators, providing space for open dialogues and discussion of important technical issues.
