The Akhangaran district of Tashkent region is distinguished by its peculiar landscapes, good climatic conditions, and there are places of worship. Thanks to this, the area is gaining wide popularity not only among our compatriots, but also among foreign tourists. The Kurama and Chatkal mountain ranges and the Akhangaran River charm leave no one indifferent.

In accordance with the Resolution of the President “On additional measures to develop the service sector” of January 27, 2022, large-scale work is being carried out in the district to develop hotels, catering services, and transport. District residents, effectively using the available opportunities, become an example of self-employment. The volume of services has increased in the villages of Ertashsay and Ovjasay after receiving the status of “tourist village”.

In particular, another 20 guest houses and the “Mustafo Ota” recreation area have been established in the Ertashsay village, with 30 jobs created.

Deputy Hokim of the region Jamshid Babajanov wished the entrepreneurs success and gave them his recommendations.

Now there are 85 guest houses in the village. The village offers tourists horseback riding, a trip on all-terrain vehicles to Arashan Spring, and a familiarization with handicraft products.

As a result, the number of tourists coming to Ertashsay is increasing. Based on state programs, measures are being taken to improve the infrastructure of tourist places.
