At the opening of the contest, organized within the framework of the State program “Year of Healthy Mother and Child” by the Public Youth Movement “Kamolot” in conjunction with the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan, the ministries of Public Education, Culture and Sport Affairs, the Uzbekistan Gymnastics Federation, it was noted that in our country special attention is given to comprehensive education of young people, creating the conditions for them to engage in sport.

“Kamolot” gunchalari” competitions, which held among girls aged 11-15 years and aimed at involving them in sports and supporting their aspirations, are becoming increasingly popular.

The republican stage was attended by 70 of the best girls-athletes from 28.5 thousand participants of regional stages of the competition.
Gymnasts demonstrated their skills in performances with the hoop, ribbon, and ball. The jury assessed the technical and artistic aspects of performances.

Among girls in the age categories - 11, 14 and 15 years, the first places were taken by representatives of the city of Tashkent Alina Vagizova, Aziza Tuychieva, Sevara Tursunova, in the age categories of 12 and 13 years - gymnasts from Samarkand Mansura Abdugafforova and Rayhon Mirsodikova.

Also, were identified and awarded the winners in the nominations “Best combination,” “Pearl of the Orient,” “Olympic Hopes,” “Little Princess.”
