A delegation from the Ministry of Digital Technologies, led by Deputy Minister Rustam Karimjonov, is participating in the Education World Forum 2024 in London.

The event is attended by ministers of the sphere, heads of public and private organizations, and representatives of large companies from more than 10 countries. 

The forum topic is dedicated to the role of rapidly developing artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the education system.

The British Secretary of State for Education, Gillian Keegan, opened the event, and then the speakers gave lectures. 

The visit to London aims to demonstrate Uzbekistan’s IT potential to prestigious higher education institutions and IT companies in the UK and to get acquainted with new projects being implemented in the field. 

Meetings were held with representatives of large IT companies and educational institutions in the UK, and cooperation issues were discussed.
