Professors and students led by the Director of the Freiberg Mining Academy Technical University Carsten Drebenstedt visited the Almalyk branch of the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov.

The guests talked with the Director of the Almalyk branch of TSTU Alisher Samadov, and the staff of the educational institution, exchanged views on reforms in higher education, and discussed the educational process and other issues.

Following the visit, Carsten Drebenstedt positively assessed the work carried out in the branch. He proposed to strengthen cooperation to implement scientific projects jointly.
